Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Library Science, Communication, or Aviation-related fields

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within the aviation industry or flight operations

Technical Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of Aviation and Flight Operations (Pilot, FOO, EOB)

  • In-depth knowledge of aeronautical publications (AIP, NOTAM, Jeppesen, ICAO documentation)

  • Familiar with the structure and content of operations-related documents:

    • Company Operations Manuals (OM-A through OM-D)

    • AFM, MEL, CDL, FCOM, QRH, and Pilot Checklists

    • EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) content management and update process

Experience:

  • Experience in flight support, aviation publication management, and airline flight operations documentation

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (DGCA, ICAO, IOSA) and audit readiness

  • Exposure to document control systems (e.g., Web Manuals, DocuNet) is a strong advantage

Skills:

  • Strong planning, organizing, and policy development abilities

  • High attention to detail in tracking and revising controlled documents

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong English proficiency

  • Capable of working independently, managing deadlines, and performing under pressure
